1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:

- You received the wrong product or incorrect size.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse.
- Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Size issues (subject to stock availability).
- Wrong product received.
- Damaged or defective products.
If the requested size is unavailable, we may issue a refund or store credit.
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Reason for Return
- Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

5. Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verifying the required details.
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Kralz.in will bear the return shipping cost.
- For size exchanges or customer preference returns, the customer may be be responsible for the return shipping charges.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Eligible orders may still be returned according to this policy.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and its packaging.
