At Kralz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy, subject to the terms mentioned below.
1. Return Eligibility (7 Days)
Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Returns are accepted only for eligible products as mentioned on the product page.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Items purchased on sale or clearance (unless damaged or defective)
Innerwear, accessories, or personal-use items (for hygiene reasons)
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

To initiate a return:

Once approved, return instructions will be provided
4. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect product.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued as per policy.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images. We will resolve the issue at the earliest.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipping only.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
